Directions

Directions for adults over 16 years

Take two softgels 1-2 times daily (children take two softgels once daily) with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.   Do not exceed recommended intake.  Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
